defects and manufacturing flaws. In some
instances, our handmade or hand-selected
beads and stones may have natural flaws
that add to the uniqueness of the
product.
If you feel that a product you
received has a workmanship defect,
please arrange to return it to us within
30 days of receipt. We will be happy to
repair or replace it for you at our
discretion. In the event that the item
you purchased was a "One-of-a-Kind"
item, we will be glad to offer you full
credit toward the purchase of a similar
hand-made replacement product.
